The City of Hope called today as well and moved up Melissa's appointment so we will go on Wednesday to meet her new doctor.

Picc and Roll
Today Melissa had a picc placed in her left arm. This will allow them easy access to put chemotherapy and draw blood without having to repeatedly poke her in the arm. They had trouble finding her veins because Melissa is so little, but the finally got it after a lot of poking and they got the tube in there.

The results of the PET scan showed that there were no enlarged lymph nodes below the diaphragm. I have not received the full results of the bone marrow biopsy. The preliminary results show that there is nothing there either. So far, my stage is still 2A.
